Megan O’Neill is a licensed professional who has been with Caple & Company since its founding year. She is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Texas Association of REALTORS®, and the MetroTex Association of REALTORS®.
Megan was drawn to real estate in her prior role working as a Marketing Manager for CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate firm. At CBRE, Megan acted as a strategic partner and marketing liaison for Occupier Services and Transaction Management and Advisory teams. Prior to CBRE, Megan was a Brand Manager at The Richards Group, a world-renowned advertising agency. Throughout her career, Megan has learned how to best position a product in the marketplace to drive killer results. Megan’s unique experience and skill sets make her an invaluable asset in the real estate business.
Dallas proper has been Megan’s home since graduating from college – from Uptown, to Downtown, to the M Streets and finally to the Sparkman Club neighborhood, where she currently resides. Megan is no stranger to the highly sought-after areas in Dallas. Further, having been born and raised in central Plano, Megan has a great perspective on and extensive knowledge about the surrounding suburbs.

Megan graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication with a focus in Advertising. She is an active member of Chi Omega Alumnae, and the American Marketing Association.
She currently lives in the Sparkman Club neighborhood with her fiancé, Kelly and their Labrador, Joey. In her spare time, she enjoys venturing across Dallas’ many walking trails, spending time with friends and family, or relaxing at her family’s home on Cedar Creek Lake.
